Horribly uncaring and unprofessional. And don't even THINK about getting service if you're on government insurance. They'll leave you sit there
Seems they are too busy to have to deal with scheduling a few days out and don't deliver to nursing homes. VERY poor customer service. I can see too busy for the next day but too busy for the following day? And flatly refusing to deliver to a nursing home?
Barely qualified. Turnover rate is astonishingly high. You will get below acceptable level of care.
I just want to say thanks for the people who helped me the other day when I was going through a hard time thanks to you guys
