I saw Ryan Bowser at Ortho hand center for a steroid injection in my hand. I’ve been in severe pain for weeks and I was very nervous to get the shot after a terrible experience years ago (not with Ortho). He was understanding and kind to me and made sure to make conversation to distract me. The shot was surprisingly easy and Ryan made sure to let me sit for a bit to make sure I was alright. Thank you!!
