Received excellent care today for cough, congestion. Got there before it opened, already people waiting. But they got us all checked in,in a very timely manner. Our PA was excellent, kind& concerned. She took time w/ us.
This Urgent Care really needs their staff looked into. We believe my wife is suffering from appendicitis. They never sent the order from for Ultrasounds just next door. They had at least 4 hours after the visit to put that through. I have called and called. Just ringing. I have my wife calling as well and no answer. When she was in the phones we just ringing as the two receptionist chit chatted. I have came here multiple times and every time that I have gone I have experienced rudeness and disrespect. Front office staff are rude from the moment you come in are greeted with ugly looks and complete judgement. This is a healthcare facility, If I am attending an urgent care It is because I am urgently in need of healthcare assistance. I have been with Graybill for more than 25 years! During that time I have had excellent treatment and my primary doctor is always up to date with the latest needs that she recommends for all her patients. I have difficulty understanding some of the negative reviews, although perhaps a one time can really make a difference to someone. Overall, Graybill is regrouping after their short, lived connection with Palomar Health, which ended up being a nightmare. Urgent care is available every day and they are very responsive also. If it wasn't for Dr Paz I wouldn't have made it this far. 13 years together & still going strong! He's very calm in the face of my raging anxiety disorder & C-PTSD. He has talked me down from the ledge many times. I don't know what I'd do without him! I'm so glad they removed Palomar - that was an invariable nightmare! God bless Graybill!
