If it wasn't for Dr Paz I wouldn't have made it this far. 13 years together & still going strong! He's very calm in the face of my raging anxiety disorder & C-PTSD. He has talked me down from the ledge many times. I don't know what I'd do without him! I'm so glad they removed Palomar - that was an invariable nightmare! God bless Graybill!

One of the worst experiences with a doctors office. This review has nothing to do with my actual doctor. This office uses a 3rd party system when you call. You can never get ahold of the actual office, it is infuriating. The 3rd party leaves a message with the office for them to call you. If you miss their call you have to start the process over again. It’s ridiculous will be changing doctors due to this.

I really like my provider, and she is the only reason I am sticking around Graybill. However, it takes WAY TOO LONG to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment (nearly 13 minutes in my case). And now I can say that I never want to hear any version of "Anything Goes" because that was the song that kept playing on a loop (for what seemed like an eternity)! Graybill... please get a better phone system and better costumer service representatives.
