Customer service ZERO....They keep texting me when I don't have an appointment at all. I called to let them know they had the wrong number, they were very rude. I do recommend some staff training and manners!!!!!
I came here a month ago specifically for a referral, they told me they would call me. I finally call them to see what’s going on and it was never sent by the dr. I only came here because they take my insurance but I will not be coming back
I went to urgent care with a skin condition. I went because I didn't know if it was an allergic thing, a fungus, or a bacteria, so I didn't know how I should treat it. The Dr. looked at it and prescribed me topical drugs for allergic reactions, fungus, and bacteria. They could have looked under a microscope and ruled fungus in or out real quick. Probably need a better microscope for bacteria they probably could have called in a dermatologist to look with a magnifying glass to see if it was an allergic thing. So, that was ann... read more
I'm from out of state and I called my health insurance and they said this was a nearby place that would take my insurance. I got there at 5:45pm and they said they didn't take anyone past 5:40pm. I explained I have a flight out tomorrow and I just need to be seen quickly for an ear infection to determine how to proceed with the elevation changes and my ear issue.
