Took my suv therefore, a 4 wheel alignment and they couldn't get the. Rear bolts loose and said that it would be okay for the rear as long as I rotate my tires accordingly, within two weeks. My rear tires were shot. They need to behingthin to help me and charged me full price for the alignment and only did half and it cost me 4 new tires. I'll never go there again
I bring my car in for an inspection and i leave with a cotter pin in my brand new tires. I call to get my car back in so i can get the tire fixed and they tell me to go elsewhere.
The service rep named AL is phenomenal! He is so helpful, takes the time to explain things, and is very reliable. I asked him to get me a quote on new rims and he called multiple different places and found me the best deal. He was willing to do the research even if it took some time. This location is always able to squeeze you in for an appointment and is reasonable on price. Highly recommend!
Without a question the most reliable, trust worthy and friendly shop in the state. Matt and Al will take care of you no matter what! Hard to find a shop that will give you the time of day like these guys do. I’ve been going to them for 4/5 years at this point and never once have I had an experience less than completely satisfactory. They are extremely knowledgeable on a huge variety of car manufacturers and will never quote you for work that is not really needed. I tell everyone I know to go to them!
