My wife came home with a very bad leak in her tire today (Friday). After filling the tire up, I noticed that her valve stem was cut. I filled the tire up and went to Mr Tire, first mistake. They told me they were booked until Monday and could not help. I then drove to Ryan’s Automotive. They came out to look at the tire and had my car in and out, fixed, within 10 minutes. Thank you so much Ryan’s Automotive. I will be bringing my car back for service. You are my FIRST choice from now on!!

Service itself was fine, but the pickup experience was not. I was told my keys would be left in the car, but when I got there it was locked with no keys, which turned into multiple extra trips. When I called the next day, they told me they had accidentally given my keys to another customer who took both sets home. They were eventually returned, but that’s a pretty big mistake. Friendly staff, reasonable price and convenient location. I had having dealer did all the service since they included some service perks but they are truly difficult to schedule anything. I asked my sister about mechanics, and she recommended Ryan auto. It was night and day and I am very pleased with Ryan auto. I booked an oil change and inspection. Scheduling was easy, I thought drop off mean I won't hear back until end of the day... their staff called around 8:45am to update and my car is ready to go at 9am.
