Received a release letter today. No warning no discussing it. Wow not very personal tried calling twice. No luck. Don’t miss an appointment!!
Dr Asterita is great!
My husband was dropped as a patient. We were unaware that you have to see the doctor once a year in order to maintain your status as a patient. He was discharged from the hospital and was refused a follow up appointment with Intercoastal even though it was in the orders. Be careful when you become a patient of this group that you see the doctor once a year. The receptionist did say she was very sorry.
Dr. Asterita’s dedication and compassion is unsurmountable. You always take the time to explain things & provide utmost diligence. We can’t thank you enough for your care throughout some of the hardest years!!!
