I’ve had two appointments with Dr. Crane, and he took care of my issue. I also appreciate his willingness to recommend how I can address self care as a follow up.
I had my first and only appointment with him. No wonder it was so easy getting an appointment so quickly. I would be interested to see what he is billing my insurance for considering he only spent 5 minutes with me. He came in with a handout and said this is what you have. Didn't order any testing or anything. Just a stupid handout of a condition he assumed I had without even seeing me first. Don't waste your time!
I am very disappointed by my recent experience with Dr. Crane and wish I had paid closer attention to other reviews beforehand. Like many have mentioned, he was dismissive of my concerns and spoke to me as if I was wasting his time. Took care of my child the few times we’ve seen him and he came highly recommended from our pediatrician. I can’t speak to the other negative comments, but ours had always been a good experience
My friends child was recently seen and he made her feel like she was wasting his time. He was rude and impatient. They are seeking a second opinion and taking their business elsewhere. This was a time sensitive matter for them and he has caused undo stress. Looking at past reviews it really seems as though they say they take feedback very seriously, but seeing that nothing has changed sure shows otherwise.
