A doctor and surgeon with a warm and caring personality, a.k.a. bedside manner. Very thorough in his explanations leading up to the surgery and very kind in following up with me after the surgery even before my post-surgery appointment. Based on how I feel three weeks later, and with three weeks still to go, he must be one heck of a surgeon with a gentle touch. Thanks Doc!
Should never go near a sick patient much less a healthy person. May have given patient 2 minutes of his precious time not even realizing that the patient didn’t understand what was being said! Arrogant, so much so that ER staff stated that he treats everyone horribly! Should be working in a car manufacturing plant.

This Practice is the Best!! I have never experienced such exceptional service, from making my first appointment until my postoperative appointment. My experience has been very positive and I will definitely recommend these doctors to everyone. Dr. Jacob and Dr. Creely are two of the most prominent in their field. Dr. Jacob was so personable and thoughtful. I was surprised, delighted and impressed. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to have them as my doctors.
