It cost less than the quotes I received elsewhere, and the engineer was highly skilled, navigating a couple of issues with ease. Overall, I was very pleased with the result.
Through Checkatrade, we got Ry Group to repair a broken kitchen tap and replace all our bathroom taps. Their operative, Lewis, did a brilliant job in trying circumstances: the taps on our bathtub had been in place for more than fifty years, and weren’t going anywhere without a struggle! Lewis remained calm, friendly and professional throughout, and now we have lovely new taps that always do as they’re told. We would definitely use Ry Group again – highly recommended.
This is the second time that I have used the RY group and once again I was not disappointed. I’m an existing customer who had an issue with their 5 year old boiler not working at 7am. I called the 24 hour line and got talked through some troubleshooting steps which got it back up and running without the need for a call out. Can’t ask for better service than that.
