I can't even give them 1 star, even though I had to in order to submit this review. We have had the machine for almost 2 years and have had nothing but problems with it. We have replaced indexer after indexer over and over. We have had to have the main shaft replaced twice and now have been having other issues that they want to fix halfway, instead of doing it the correct way. We spend more time waiting for a tech to call us back when we are down, sometimes up to 4 hours or more. We have complained and complained and it seem... read more

Cypress Pharmacy highly recommends RxSafe for any pharmacy interested in offering compliance packaging for their patients. The machine/system and customer support are all top of the line. RxSafe can be a very great addition to pharmacies looking to take the next level in patient care.

I have been using RxSafe for my compliance packaging at Cypress Pharmacy for a couple years now, and it has been a great decision. The customer service has been great and the machine/system itself has been a tremendous asset to the pharmacy and my patients. This is a game changer.
