Utilized RXQ for many years for IV nutrients at our medical office until started to have issues with their products and patient reactions. Reported problems several times with no follow up response from RXQ. Then they just all of a sudden did a recall on all products so we returned products and had a credit owed of $1,184.17 that we have never seen. If you call, you never get through to a person or get any response back via email. Do not recommend using this pharmacy for any of your medical needs.
Terrible organization. I had been a client for only a few months when they were investigated by the FDA and found to be in violation of safety and sanitary standards. Months later, after I sent back all of the recalled medications that I had ordered, they refused to return my calls and emails or refund my company. Unsanitary practices and theft -That’s what you get with RXQ. Take your business elsewhere.
