They used to have great service- over the past two years have gone steadily downhill. communication is terrible. They are rude. Nothing is ever ready. Just awful. When I complained, they told me I was the only one who felt this way, but I noticed quite a few bad reviews from the past year- interesting.
I had to transfer my prescription here last minute due to my medication being out of stock at all nearby pharmacies. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and quick to refill my Rx within 30 minutes of opening. Probably the smoothest pharmacy experience I've ever had!
I’m grateful for this pharmacy since I started caretaking for my mom. They are kind and professional and always go out of their way to help.
My only purpose for a review is to maybe help them get better. Had some frustration getting them to transfer my prescriptions to a pharmacy that has better hours of operation, customer care was lacking. Also they are only open during working hours, and Saturday 10-2 sounds funny to say but a pharmacy should be open when people are not working so they can go get their prescriptions. I get home at 6pm so how can I get my meds if they close at 6pm. 9:30 to 6 just limits your customer base to people who don’t work I guess lol
