I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with RxPhoto and PatientNow has been extremely frustrating. On January 28th, I submitted a request to customer support to export our client records as we are migrating to a different EMR system. Since then, the process has taken over a month with little progress. I have used RxPhoto for close to 10years to track the progess of my Laser Tattoo Removal patients at NoSweat Fort Wayne. I have not found anything that is easier to use than this program!
Not honorable company. Be careful. They take your money and poor customer service.
We’ve been using RX photo for years. The updates can be glitchy, however they are very responsive about resolving issues. But overall I love it. Very easy to use.
I had an excellent experience with RxPhoto. Mick was incredible respectful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Highly recommend their service!
