Went to an ODW warehouse that the shipping department was ran by RXO on Collings dr refused to load me because I did not have a scannable I d had the leagle paperwork from the dmv waiting to get my license in the mail wich is perfectly leagal for me to do and illegal for them to do to operate in the state of Ohio you must fallow the laws in the state having a dmv paperwork is perfectly legal in the state of Ohio and your company should be sued
Delivery was four days late. When they finally arrived, they were very kind and apologized several times for being late. Also, they went the extra mile to install my new appliances on a holiday weekend. Thank you.

Not very professional with communication unless it involves them needing info. My driver sat at a receiver for hours a few nights ago and they kept telling him to call back in 10 minutes for a Legit Lumper Code, everytime he would call back they would say another 10 minutes, 1am he calls me and I paid the Lumper Fee -- been trying to call and email the Broker that gave me the load about reimbursement as we were told Broker pays the Lumper and they will not answer phone or email.
