RNX.....Turning dreams into nightmares.. Beware this shop and its owners are both unscrupulous and dishonest. Both Chris and Amber lied to me on numerous occasions and overcharged me constantly. The car was in the shop for over 5 Years, during that time other cars entered the shop and were completed before mine. This happened because Chris ran the shop like a Ponzi scheme. If I could leave a review that is less than one I would, this company does not deserve any positive reviews. I did not have any work done at this shop but my friend did and he is completely unsatisfied with the way he was treated and the amount of money he was charged. I used to go with him every week when he checked on the status of the work but I had to stop going because I was tired of seeing my friend being lied to week after week. I don’t even know where to begin!! Our experience with RXN has been nothing short of a nightmare. I highly recommend you do not bring your car to these complete CROOKS!! They have ripped us off from start to finish. We WISH !! we pulled our car out along time ago when we started seeing problems with every other costumer pulling their cars out. These guys rip people off! They don’t finish their projects and once they have your project it’s near impossible to get your vehicle out! They spend the money that is going towards your vehicle and rip people off like a ponzi scheme. They used to do business out of Pit Meadows but ran out of town because they ripped so many people off! They are now in Osoyoos BC. Please do your research before you commit to any projects with these crooks!
