I have numerous progressive illnesses, and take such good care of me. I have used them for several years now and even though I’m an hour away, they custom make all my complicated prescriptions and even deliver. 💊
I stopped by RxMed this morning to pick up a prescription and had a great experience. Majid Jafari was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident about everything. Excellent customer service—I’ll definitely be using this pharmacy again in the future!

My original prescription was not covered by insurance. The pharmacist contacted my doctor and they worked together to find an alternative that would be effective and affordable. He was so kind about it and treated me like a fellow human being. I nearly wept from sheer gratitude.
I have tried twice to fill a prescription here and the first time I ended up transferring it because I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. My second prescription was sent here by mistake and I got a text that it was ready so I went to try to go pick it up and the door was locked even though their business hours said they were open and no one answered the phone and after hours number on their website hung up on me.
