My son (9) did a trial class here and came bounding home full of energy, saying it was really great and he wants to keep going! The space is well decked out and nicely designed, I’m going to sign him up!

My son (11 year old) loved the class with Coach Tyler. He's not much of a sports person and the goal was to get him to be more physically active. He very much enjoyed the 45-minute class.

My children love the summer camp program . They love switching between the activities with different coaches throughout the day . Treadmill was a unanimous favorite, with yoga being a close second - and of course getting ice cream as a treat afterwards is the highlight of their day ! The program seems to be very thought out to keep the children engaged and motivated and they definitely don’t feel like they’ve exercised for 5 hours , until bedtime - literally no pushback . It’s awesome !

This was my first class and I LOVED it. The intensity and short spurts with some breaks in between were exactly what I needed. Truly an awesome experience and I can’t wait for the rest of my trial and to sign up for the overall experience. Chris was great in making sure my form and technique were on point and just reinforced the fact that external perception helps. I can do all the exercises myself but the likelihood of my having it wrong is high and the chances of hurting myself higher without external support poor form. Ca... read more
