I was a little skeptical about this pharmacy due to so many bad reviews. I have been using it for about 2 months. No issues yet. In one occasion a mistake was made (less medication that requested was served) at the time of payment I realized because it was obviously less money than expected. I asked and the employee was very polite. They provided me with options, I chose to just pickup the next doses sooner. Wonderful people, quick turnaround, good prices, everything I could have hoped for!
I like that they will text with you instead of call your phone for every update! Its much more convenient! They stayed over to allow us to get our medicine for our kitty! So nice!
Im not one to leave a review but the receptionist/front desk lady is SOOOO rude!! I send my husband in because I refuse to deal with her. She was chit chatting one time for the longest when customers were waiting. She also said she couldn’t process my sons new insurance because it was past 5pm and it was not true.
I had a challenging issue that needed resolved. Chris was whom took my call, listened attentively - and then graciously went above and beyond to solve my problem in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend Rx3 Compounding Pharmacy - their customer service is off the chain and lol I'd give them 10 stars if Google let me! : )
