Top notch service, called Alex after hours, was at my house in 90 minutes, located the issue and fixed it right away. Alex is very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He offered some other options which may be beneficial to managing our water and system overall. Would highly recommend RX plumbing and drain, 5-star service !!
Fast and Professional and Excellent
Alex and his crew helped us with changing out faucets, shower heads and trim, and ended up rebuilding a toilet. Everything looks great and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend RX for your plumbing needs. Woke up to lots of puddles and wet dirt in our front yard. Realized we a had a leak in our water line (this year has been full of surprises), only for it to not be a big deal at all. Igor had his team out the very next afternoon, quickly patched it up, made the yard look like nothing was ever there, and it was priced very fairly. This is our 2nd time being serviced by RX, we couldn't be happier.
RX Plumbing did a great job on recent service calls to our house. We had a clogged drain, an ejector pump issue in our basement, and a burst pipe in the front yard. Alex and his team showed up quickly, identified the problems right away, and took care of everything professionally. Their communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. I would definitely use RX Plumbing again and highly recommend their team.
