Words cannot describe my experience.. just having two kids in 3 years I have been experiencing really bad lower back pain. Andrew and fascial stretch therapy at Rx Physio may have cured my soul!! I came in with generalized back, shoulder and neck pain, determined to get to the root of the issue and learn how to properly support my body for my physically demanding career. I just had my initial appointment with Andrew regarding chronic pain in my shoulders, neck and upper back. I was blown away that after one visit Andrew had released muscle knots and tension freeing up my mobility and lessened some of the pain. 5 stars is not enough!!! Anyone on the fence should go ahead and make the commitment to yourself to give Andrew a try!
