Connor was a great trainer who worked carefully with me at every stage of recovery. He was able to diagnose my ankle injury and walk me through why I was feeling pain and how to properly manage it. The tools and exercises I was given have definitely helped in my healing, and I would absolutely come back if needed. Side note: His corny jokes always help to bring some joy to our sessions, I’ll miss hearing them!
So glad I went to RX Physical Therapy at the RAC for my torn meniscus and partial ACL tear. Caroline and Connor rehabbed me from cane to functional mobility with knowledge and compassion. They acknowledged limitations while pushing just hard enough for me to see progress without pain. And not to forget Caitan at the front desk who contacted insurance, made appointments, and follow ups in a most efficient manner. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the care and what I was able to achieve after shoulder surgery . Highly recommend RX!
