Went to the, alpine store after my unsatisfactory experience here. Met with the manager (Derek I believe). A world of difference. He took time with me and determined that the nose piece was incorrectly fitted which tilted the lens, leading to incorrect sight through bifocals. He made the necessary adjustment. What a world of difference! Sooo my suggestion is go to the Alpine store.
Got glasses there a few years ago and was pleased. Went back for a new pair with a slight lens change, the lens are not right. They insisted the lens are correct without checking them. Allowing for more adjustment time, they are still not correct. Will try once more.......if no greater satisfaction, they have lost a customer--and one who will contact cooperate and/or the BBB.
