Went their because my frames were rubbing a raw spot behind my ear. Lady worked on them before and supposedly corrected the issue. Lasted about 5 months. Now raw again. Went their on 03/21/23 lady told me there was NO way to adjust the frame I had. Hmmm....Any way I asked if I could get different frames or use my old ones. NO WAY. Hmmm...Arms were loose on my frame.
