RecommendedI wanna give a big Shout Out to RXoptical. I had a client who needed an arm on their glasses repaired. They did have the arm so not only did they repair the glasses, they gave them new frames and a case at no cost! The person who attended to my request was kind, generous, and accommodating! I was so taken aback I forgot to get his name. Thank you!
very friendly staff and never a long wait
I had a really great customer service experience there yesterday! The people at the front desk helped me promptly and were very friendly and helpful. I was learning how to put contacts in and Jonie stayed with me to help me get them in, even though I was struggling and it took quite a while. Afterwards, she got me set up with the order I made for new lenses I needed for my glasses, and answered my many questions about pricing and information about the contacts as well. Every time I come in the people working are always nice and helpful. Today I got my first pair of contacts and they made sure I went through a little one-on-one class. The man who helped me learn how to put them in and take them out was very nice and patient with me. He made sure the contacts were comfortable once I got them in, and he kept telling me I was doing good with some helpful tips to make it a little easier.
I’m extremely dissatisfied with my service. My son got new prescription lenses and didn’t think there was any difference. I initially didn’t believe him and chalked it up to needing to get use to a new script. I finally took him in after he cont to complain of not seeing the board clearly at school. Sure enough, it was the same script! I also find it odd that they never offered him his old lenses, which they do every time. I have a suspicion they never changed his script at all! Everyone is super nice and friendly! Julie at the desk and Diane in the back are exceptionally friendly and fun!!
