I bought 4 pair of glasses 2 for me and a pair for my 2 daughter's. I got insurance on all of them my daughter lost her pair. When I called to get them replaced they told me $200.00 dollars to replace them that the insurance didn't cover them. I recieved a call from the district manager and he told me they wanted to make it right and they would cover half the cost.
