Had a great experience, I loved the new eye doctor, sadly my glasses came back with the progressive lens to high, but Leighann, Lori, and Lexi were awesome, they took the time to help me pick out a new frame and remeasured my eyes for progressive lens. Would highly recommend RX Optical
It was all good. They all work well together and know what they are doing. Chelsea helped me with my order. All went great. Thanks.
Had eye exam, expected my 5$ co pay. She instead, billed my medical, instead of optical. In doing so, overcharged me 80+ $. Never reached out to me after they were made aware of their mistake. Not Dr's fault.
