Senior Manager at this location “accidentally” broke my glasses frames from the temple part. Told me they were brittle and broke on it’s own. Said she couldn’t do anything about it and told me to deal with it at the location I bought them at. Plus she tried to sell me new frames after she broke my frames. Mind you I got them less than a year a ago and only use them for work and when I drive. RecommendedThe people up front were so kind, and extremely helpful. The doctor was kind and answered all of my questions about my eyes and what things meant for me. An overall wonderful experience, and I will definitely recommend them, and be coming back :)
RecommendedVery happy with my glasses. The care kit is amazing I love the large cleaning cloth that came in it. I have always received a tiny cleaning cloth that can be a little frustrating to use some times. The staff was very polite a pleasant. Definitely my new home for my eye care.

RecommendedToday was my first time at Rx optical! I had top notch help and experience with them. I took all three of my children (1,4,5) with me and they went above and beyond for them! (Even watched them) So I could do what I had to do! I also had insurance issues that needed to be solved and they did all the dirty work for me! They made my day much easier and smoother then I expected! Thank you very much! We will return for years to come! I highly recommend them!
