The receptionists were quite welcoming and gave me all of the details I needed to properly prepare and undergo my eye exam. Dr J is an amazing doctor that listens and acts with integrity. I walked in not knowing what was wrong with my eye, and walked out knowing what to do to feel normal again! Thanks team!
I’ve seen many different eye doctors throughout my life and I will say with confidence that this place is top tier. I have never had an eye exam be more thorough that here. Not just that, the staff was super kind and helpful when it came to understanding insurance coverage! I showed up 15 minutes early and since they weren’t busy, they started my appointment immediately! Our dog chewed the ear pieces on my daughter’s glasses. We are not a current customer but I stopped in on a whim to see if they could help. Maura graciously replaced the ear pieces at no charge for us. Top notch customer service and willingness to help!! Thank you!
