After confirming not once, but twice over the phone the day before that my son’s insurance would be accepted, we showed up to the appointment only to be abruptly told that they do not accept his insurance. We were then informed it would cost around $140 just for the visit.A courtesy call to correct the misinformation would have been appreciated—but we received no notice at all. This kind of oversight and lack of communication is unacceptable. Please do better.
Wonderful customer service! Came in for a routine exam and lens replacement and was treated very well. The energy in the establishment was very welcoming and Stacia and Caden were awesome! 10/10
I came in with my broken glasses and in under 20 minutes Stacia completely fixed my glasses. Excellent customer service in and out fast
What a wonderful experience I had at RX Optical in Jonesville, Michigan, today. From check in and out with Ava, who was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. To the exams with Ashley and Kenzy who were professional, patient and very good at their jobs. Rx Optical, you are blessed to have this amazing team in your Jonesville location!
