After confirming not once, but twice over the phone the day before that my son’s insurance would be accepted, we showed up to the appointment only to be abruptly told that they do not accept his insurance. We were then informed it would cost around $140 just for the visit.A courtesy call to correct the misinformation would have been appreciated—but we received no notice at all. This kind of oversight and lack of communication is unacceptable. Please do better.
