What a wonderful experience I had at RX Optical in Jonesville, Michigan, today. From check in and out with Ava, who was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable about the products I purchased. To the exams with Ashley and Kenzy who were professional, patient and very good at their jobs. Rx Optical, you are blessed to have this amazing team in your Jonesville location!
The doctor said the contacts are a trial but the receptionist charged a year's worth of contacts without letting me finish the trial or making it clear she was making an order. She kept going on about insurance so I didn't know most of the cost was a contact order
Customer service needs lot help very rude
Stacia was wonderful and very helpful!! She stayed over her time to leave to make sure I was taken care of and had the right glasses for me.
