5 minutes late and was told they might not be able to fit me in!!! Really?!? I’ve had to wait for them 30 minutes past my appointment and I never walked out!! I did today.
I’m not one to post things but I am beyond furious! NEVER will I EVER go to RX Optical again. Awful. Awful. Awful. ‼️‼️‼️ I want everyone to know what they are getting into when choosing this company. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I had my yearly eye exam, and had asked them to tighten my glasses.
