I took my first class today with Juliana. She’s great! Very attentive and helped make sure I was doing all of the moves properly. Great energy and kept the class fun. Overall, just a really great person (and extremely fit!)
My first RXfit class with Coach Mike was amazing! As a c-section mom, I've been nervous to start working out again but the collaborative and encouraging vibe at RX fit was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to go at my own pace and Coach Mike modified exercises for me to help with my c-section pains. I can't wait to go back!
Great gym with excellent coaching and workouts! This is my “go to” gym when I’m in town visiting family and it always exceeds expectations.

Every class at RxFit is well thought out and challenging. I always feel accomplished and satisfied at the end of each class. Mike, Megan and the entire training staff do a fantastic job of showing proper technique and providing the perfect amount of motivation. I’m a huge fan of this gym!
