Hard to get a hold of, do not remember to send medication or even call you when it is due, act shocked when you remind them it's due, they have to call you back later to check "on their side", require all their medication be signed for, huge delivery windows... It would be harder to find something good about this place. I believe they stay in business simply because they have a choke hold on the sourcing of some specialty medications. In other words, depending on your medication, you have no choice but to use them.

I’ve been using RX Connect for just over a year now through my specialist. My condition has a significant stress-related component, so staying consistent with treatment is important. At first, things ran smoothly. Every month they called like clockwork to confirm how many injections I had left, check my injection dates, and arrange delivery so I was always one pen ahead. Was ok actually getting my infusion- but it’s terrible service otherwise…Terrible delays for two of my medications by months and can’t get ahold of their front desk. I had one occasion where the poor secretary had to drive my meds to my house on her off time because they are so bad at deliveries, they called me every few days to try and open a billing window constantly, and once they called me finally it sounded like a scam call- the person calling was hardly legible as English and in the background was super super loud ripp... read more
