Was ok actually getting my infusion- but it’s terrible service otherwise…Terrible delays for two of my medications by months and can’t get ahold of their front desk. I had one occasion where the poor secretary had to drive my meds to my house on her off time because they are so bad at deliveries, they called me every few days to try and open a billing window constantly, and once they called me finally it sounded like a scam call- the person calling was hardly legible as English and in the background was super super loud ripp... read more
For the past three months i've had nothing but headaches from trying to get my prescriptions delivered on time Which is every thirty days. Customer service null an Void.they don't CARE!!
Useless!!!!No customer service. They are supposed to schedule and deliver reoccurring injections for my wife. We have to call them to remind them we need the injections delivered as we are running out.Then we get told delivery will be next day. Every delivery day we wait for 10 hours plus to receive shipment. Not to mention the injections are detrimental to my wife’s quality of life.
Started great for a year or so. Then they just stopped responding. I called multiple times. They’re not very flexible so when they do call it’s at random times during business hours. Couldn’t get a call back until I emailed them saying I wanted to switch pharmacies. I would highly recommend you find an alternative supplier.
