I’ve now been to RX Connect twice for my iron infusions, and I have to say - Alicia is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and makes the whole experience so much easier (especially for someone like me who still gets nervous about needles!). Having a nurse who truly cares and takes the time to make you comfortable makes all the difference. Fantastic staff.
After reading the positive reviews I picked the Waterloo RX Connect location because of all the positive reviews. I am glad I did. Stephani was beyond fantastic and very personable. I was very nervous for my first ever infusion, but Stephani made the experience a positive one.
Amazing group of ladies here! So kind and helped make a nerve racking experience for me, feel so comfortable.
Great staff here. Stephanie and Lindsay the infusion nurses are excellent and Erin and Stacy in the pharmacy room attached to the clinic are always working their heads off to make sure your infusion meds are delivered on time and mixed and ready to go for your infusion time. These people keep me alive, literally.
