The folks here are kind and competent. I've had too many IVs in my life, so having people who know how to give them is a relief. Always friendly. Always positive. Wonderful people who make my blood stop trying to kill me.
I’ve now been to RX Connect twice for my iron infusions, and I have to say - Alicia is hands down the best nurse I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and makes the whole experience so much easier (especially for someone like me who still gets nervous about needles!). Having a nurse who truly cares and takes the time to make you comfortable makes all the difference. Fantastic staff.
After reading the positive reviews I picked the Waterloo RX Connect location because of all the positive reviews. I am glad I did. Stephani was beyond fantastic and very personable. I was very nervous for my first ever infusion, but Stephani made the experience a positive one.
Amazing group of ladies here! So kind and helped make a nerve racking experience for me, feel so comfortable.
