John and I want to thank Richie and his RWS Construction Crew who came to Ticonderoga and replaced our porch entry deck. It was a hot, humid week but they pushed through to complete it. Thank You! Also a big shout out to Crystal in the office who was helpful throughout the project.
RWS is an all-around first-rate operation. From the estimating process, to the scheduling, to the roofing work itself, and on through to the (very thorough) clean-up on site after the job, everything was professional, on-time, and on-budget. And in a world where no one ever answers the phone or calls/emails back, RWS is responsive and courteous -- always. Great people, great expertise, great results.
