Stopped by and Robert had keys in hand and one foot out the door but stayed to talk to me nonetheless. He told me a ballpark estimate then wrote me an actual estimate via email for substantially less than he thought it would be. He was only booked out 2 weeks and he finished my truck early. Treated rust and painted several pieces but roof and hood were in rough condition and it looks new now! Quality service!
Had trouble with a car hood that would not open and was out of alignment. Called RPW and asked if they could look at it. First thing out of the owners mouth was a quick do you have an appointment. I said no. He said bring it by and we will work it in. The next day I called and was told they could not get the hood open and would have to remove the front bumper. They didn’t have time to do it.
