I have been a independent residential contractor for 35 yrs. Nov 2017 RWN also known as Robert Nelson, installed entrance steps at our home. Despite trying to work with Robert Nelson he responded with personal attacks thru emails. Now he refuses to finish the stairs. I have never had such a negative experience in all my years working with contractors and customers. IMHO great product...but stay clear of RWN Now to clarify some misinformation provided by RWN. 1.
