The project went better than expected. Claudio was very professional and responsive. We never had to worry about when anything was going to happen. We will be using RWK and requesting Claudio on our next home project.
Our overall experience was pretty good with RWK. They finished our basement and we are happy with the finished product. Kyle was our project manager and was great at answering our questions quickly and efficiently. Kyle was quick at getting problems fixed and would even come out to fix them himself. We also got daily text updates from him that we appreciated. We did have some issues, however, mostly while Kyle was out of town. Rwk did an amazing job building out our basement. The build came in on time and under budget, Kyle was a fantastic project manager, he was super responsive, friendly, and very clearly an expert in his craft. He was helpful and didn't try to upsell us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
RWK Construction is a fantastic contractor! Kyle took care of our project every step of the way and made the entire process smooth. Communication was far beyond what we expected and the team stayed on schedule from start to finish. Everyone involved did an outstanding job, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We are so glad we chose RWK for our basement remodel and couldn't recommend them more highly. We absolutely love our new basement!
We hired RWK Construction over three years ago to finish our basement. As with many construction projects, there were hiccups along the way. The most significant issue occurred when cement dust spread throughout our entire home, forcing our family to move out for a week while everything was cleaned and purifiers were cleaning the cement dust filled home.
