I love this place
I haven't had any crazy issues with this facility. Maybe it depends on the doctor you see, as well. Mine is very busy, but still goes out of her regular hours to fit me in and see me. It is hard to make appointments because she is so busy, so I recommend making the ahead of time and even two at a time! I had an issue when my appointment was canceled and rescheduled without checking with me first and being notified by a letter in the mail, last minute. Trying to reschedule an appointment for the past week. No one has answered the 4 calls, and 2 messages let with an answering service. The few times I’ve been there the phone rigs off the hook and no one picks the calls. To busy chitchatting.
What happened to this family practice? It’s no longer the efficient place it used to be. No one answers the phone—it just rings and rings, and it seems there’s no staff available to take calls. Appointments are now taking more than three weeks to schedule. They tell you to book your appointment through the app, but unless it’s an emergency, the app doesn’t allow you to schedule, so you’re forced to call. I have been coming to this office for 31 yrs, and lately, it is a mess. I have been very sick for 2 weeks and saw a very nice gentleman last week and was prescribed antibiotics and had the Covid test done. Symptoms kept getting worse and if I had not called the answering service, no one would have told me I had tested positive. I’ve called the office since Tuesday and the receptionist started talking to me in Spanish. She told me they did not have any appointments available , they were completely booked.
