My interaction with The office manager Sara and NP...Communication and flexibility are seriously lacking at this office. I had a recent physical on file, yet was told I must come in for another appointment before any paperwork could be completed no discussion, no alternatives, no willingness to work with me. The interaction felt rigid and dismissive, and there was little consideration for patients’ time or circumstances. Love this practice!!! I have the whole family going here. Love it! They are caring, knowledgeable and down to earth!!! Sneha Sreekumar, MD Is the most amazing doctor!! I love her. She is our medical doctor for general health and I encourage anyone who is even looking for an OBGYN to go to her. She has such a fantastic personality. Check them out!! It took me years to find a doctor like her. This is a one stop place, bloodwork, medical care, physicals etc. let her know I sent you. 🤗
Dr. Sreekumar....that's my girl right there! I've seen her twice and she's hilarious. Besides what I'm in the office for we have great conversation...realistic conversations. Very down to earth and not judgemental of anything. It's like going to see a friend, I love her! Her medical assistant and the receptionists are very nice and helpful too.
Doctor was good but office and billing suck. I never leave bad reviews, but this is just crazy. Not only that regular annual physical appointment was classified as regular doctor visit and I paid $50, I received another bill for $220 several months later and was told it’s copay, that I didn’t pay and now I’m in collections. First, according to insurance it’s not copayment - it’s out of network charge ( I’m in network ) . Second , I never received any kind of communication about the bill until now.
