Sometimes you get good doctors and staff, sometimes not…not so reliable…it doesn’t feel as they care about the patients but that you are in an assembly line sadly. I’m grateful there is an ER dept there but my trust is not very high in this place. Very unorganized also but that’s of minor importance as long as the care is good.
I have been to many hospitals in many states and countries given my kids play full contact sports. I have NEVER encountered a worse health system than RWJ Barnabus. Brutal service. Confused technicians and medical staff. But worst of all, they engage (in my opinion) in shady and highly corrupt billing practices. They then refuse to discuss wrongly charged items, they refuse to acknowledge that mistakes may have been made. They are by far the worst system I’ve ever encountered.
