I was kept here for 9 hours again me and my friend's will, all because of a misunderstanding. We came in at 2 am for an emergency because my friend had a severe pain in his tooth. When the the nurse/doctor were reviewing him, he told them that he had taken an amount of Advil that was above the recommended limit. They took his blood pressure and provided fluids, which I can understand because the amount of ibuprofen he took was unknowingly dangerous. The health facility was clean and welcoming. There was adequate parking and easy access to refreshments and comforyable waiting area.
A horrendous facility. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. They do not take women’s health seriously. Their doctors delay care and their residents ask you what your insurance is while laying on a bed in the hallway in the emergency room. It’s not the job of a resident to dictate what care a person receives based on insurance. Mind you all that information including my private insurance info was already taken by registration. This facility is appalling.
