A horrendous facility. I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. They do not take women’s health seriously. Their doctors delay care and their residents ask you what your insurance is while laying on a bed in the hallway in the emergency room. It’s not the job of a resident to dictate what care a person receives based on insurance. Mind you all that information including my private insurance info was already taken by registration. This facility is appalling.

RWJ Barnabas is a failing organization with improper billing and health insurance related practices that harm its customers and other non-customers (me). Starting years ago, I noticed I had charges hitting my insurance from a RWJ patient (who is not me but has a similar name). In aggregate, I am talking about in excess of $1 million of charges.
