What happened to this family practice? It’s no longer the efficient place it used to be. No one answers the phone—it just rings and rings, and it seems there’s no staff available to take calls. Appointments are now taking more than three weeks to schedule. They tell you to book your appointment through the app, but unless it’s an emergency, the app doesn’t allow you to schedule, so you’re forced to call. I have been coming to this office for 31 yrs, and lately, it is a mess. I have been very sick for 2 weeks and saw a very nice gentleman last week and was prescribed antibiotics and had the Covid test done. Symptoms kept getting worse and if I had not called the answering service, no one would have told me I had tested positive. I’ve called the office since Tuesday and the receptionist started talking to me in Spanish. She told me they did not have any appointments available , they were completely booked. I’m beyond fed up with trying to get ahold of this place. I was discharged from the ER with directions to follow up here. No one has called me back, I’m either on hold or told I will be called back but it never happens. Extremely disappointed, because at this point I don’t think I’ll get appointment before my trip even though the doctor assured me. Also your hours online don’t match the hours you operate.
My doctor I saw a few weeks ago was nice to me but I had ended up going to the hospital that weekend after my vist with 100.3 temperature and having other problems too. When I went to my doctor I had a 99 temp and she seemed like I wasn't a concern despite me saying that I never get a 99 temp unless I was getting really sick on top of that my heart rate was up (145-150) which should have been a concern and should have been told to go to the hospital but instead ordered a heart monitor and sent me home. Today was my first appointment with this doctor office so far so good the doctor I have she is nice and she listens to me to what going but few things is I gotta say it is little slow and in the back where weighs in area little old fashion and their blood pressure needs to be updated and etc and few her crew members are nice and helped me where to go get my next appointment and etc
