This place has nice staff. It is clean and kid friendly inside.
Great services. The people doing the hearing tests have always been great with my daughter. I don’t understand the bad reviews. Appointments with specialists always take months to get. They always confirm the appointment days before.
Initially, I was surprised to see the low reviews for the Audiology department at RWJ. When I called to make an appointment with an Audiologist, the person I spoke with was a bit rude and I wasn't able to make an appointment. Frustrating.
Office located on 8 floor. To get an appointment is very hard. I was waiting 4 months for my tests. It is really long. For me was easy make an appointment they pick up call very fast. I was not able to make this in person because from 12 to 1 pm they have lunch and office closed. Plus I saw people compliant about appointment which were not made.
