My wife went in for a very serious painful foot injury. She was seen by a nurse practioner who sent her to get an X-ray at RWJ Hamilton. We've been calling for days trying to get results. No one answers the phone. No one calls with results. Nothing's on the portal. After giving up, she went to our regular physician, who called and also couldn't get through. If you're really sick or injured, go somewhere else. They're pretty useless.
Love this office. Kudos to Dr. Mehta. I take my mom there for her primary medical checkup and needs. Dr. Mehta has been so kind, welcoming and compassionate to my mom. She's the primary reason for us to keep going back to this medical practice. Also, I like that we never had to wait long to be seen. Very efficient!
Been going here 10+ years . Never had an issue. Learn to talk w/ doctor if you dont understand something.
The only doctor who treats you with respect is NP Renauld Williams. The staff is good, but I don't know why we make appointments. Wait, wait,wait. I am still upset over how a doctor talked down to me yesterday. I thought this doctor was a cut above, until yesterday. I am looking for a new primary for me and a family member. I am getting out of RWJ care. That goes for their Physical Therapy crew next door too. Rude, unskilled and a one size fits all care.
