The only doctor who treats you with respect is NP Renauld Williams. The staff is good, but I don't know why we make appointments. Wait, wait,wait. I am still upset over how a doctor talked down to me yesterday. I thought this doctor was a cut above, until yesterday. I am looking for a new primary for me and a family member. I am getting out of RWJ care. That goes for their Physical Therapy crew next door too. Rude, unskilled and a one size fits all care. My father went there for an issue was sent for ultrasound results came back that he had a bigger issue, Dr never called for the results he saw his results from patient portal. 4 weeks later still no Dr has called for follow up
Extremely unprofessional, office manger doesn’t return calls and does not follow up as promised. (Took over a month for her to try and resolve an issue that she still never did and couldn’t even bother to call me back to follow up, had to call a least twice a day to even get a response and most of the time she didn’t have an answer). Barely can get anyone any time you call and when you leave a message, they never get back to you. Worst customer service, took 2 and half hour for walk ins. Insisted it will be faster, however took more than the time. Not even responsible people….
The girl at the front desk was really nice and helpful. In the midst of getting checked in for my 8am appointment, another woman came up to the desk to let me know that Dr. Mehta would “no longer be coming in today.” Extremely unprofessional and not an uncommon experience from what I hear from others who have gone to this doctor. Won’t be back.
