as a new nervous mother the practice was overall great … want to thank the Sono Tech Elizabeth who was thorough and put me at ease during my initial scan and from there on everything went smoothly. The doctors took the time to explain everything to me. Hands down a great experience and amazing staff! Highly Recommend!!
I had an appointment today and I had the best experience. Everyone from the front desk to the med tech taking my vitals to Dr. Bochner were so professional! Everyone was so nice and answered all my questions. I would give 10 stars if I could!
If i can give 10 stars i would! I love this office so much. Every time i come i have a great experience. Debbie and Ayten are always helping me make my appointments and accommodating me after. They squeeze me in even though this is such a busy office, they make sure to prioritize all their patients. All the doctors have been so helpful and kind.This is office is such a gem. My sister and I come here and we love it!
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO to this practice!! Debbie and the office managers are very unprofessional. I have no issues with the doctors; they are all nice, but the front office has zero manners! The horrible customer service ratings about this practice couldn’t be any more accurate. The staff are rude and unkind. Vanessa is very disrespectful and forgets to try to talk to the office manager, Debbie, who is just as rude and unkind, she pride herself to be there for 20 years with 2 stars rating. they canceled my appointment due to the winter storm. when they called me about rescheduling, the lady on the phone was SO rude. Now i’m trying to call to cancel my appointment all together, as I have found another doctor (much better) No one is answering and when they did, she hung up on me. Everyone here should not be allowed to work with pregnant woman or people in general. HORRIBLE service. Thank god I am not going here.
