Ok so after reading these reviews I’m so upset. First off these amazing doctors should not be rated based off of the front office. Yes can they be nasty sure, but I’m also certain there dealing with a lot. Is that an excuse no. They can definitely do better. BUT in terms of the doctors especially Dr. Segal, I’m sorry the best hands down. I have not one thing bad to say so avoid the doctors at all. The hospital and staff there are great. 😊
Almost killed my pregnant wife 3 times. Wrong prescriptions sent to wrong pharmacies on several occasions. My wife would've died had she not been diligent and caught their mistakes. Shame on these negligent people. Patient beware. Pay attention to every detail at this drive thru rent-a-doctor office. It really takes some bad things for me to leave a review like this, but hopefully enough people read it and exercise caution.
Lazy front desk employees refuses to do a pre approval. Very dismissive attitudes. Unacceptable
Do not go here. I do not recommend at all. Went to get Dr lundberg & he doesn’t even take new patients. The only good provider I saw was Dr Ruven. The other doctors did not even introduce themselves when I first met them, I had to ASK what their name was. There was a certain arrogance like I should have known who they were. Dr Kim was so creepy. Dr I saw last is so bad at explaining, at my 20 week ultrasound she did not explain what was going on with me, just no intercorse and if the baby doesn’t move I would have to have a ... read more
as a new nervous mother the practice was overall great … want to thank the Sono Tech Elizabeth who was thorough and put me at ease during my initial scan and from there on everything went smoothly. The doctors took the time to explain everything to me. Hands down a great experience and amazing staff! Highly Recommend!!
