As a first-time mom, I was initially hesitant about joining a group practice where I wouldn’t know exactly which doctor would deliver my baby. This group delivered 2 of my 3 kids. I felt like the doctors listened to me and were willing to accommodate where they could (I requested Dr. Segal to deliver my 3rd child. He added himself to the schedule for me). Overall, I’m very happy with the care that I received.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for 15 years and when I showed up for my annual appointment today, which I had made 5 months in advance, I was told it had been canceled. I was never notified of this and was told the cancellation was not their fault as it was a glitch in the system. They were unwilling to accommodate me or rectify the situation. It was clear that they did not value my time or care about keeping me as a patient which was very disappointing.

I had to switch gynecologist because of insurance issues. It was very easy doing all the paperwork as a new patient here. Office staff was very friendly. Dr. Patel put me at ease immediately and she was very gentle doing my exam.
