I’ve been a patient of this practice for 15 years and when I showed up for my annual appointment today, which I had made 5 months in advance, I was told it had been canceled. I was never notified of this and was told the cancellation was not their fault as it was a glitch in the system. They were unwilling to accommodate me or rectify the situation. It was clear that they did not value my time or care about keeping me as a patient which was very disappointing.

I had to switch gynecologist because of insurance issues. It was very easy doing all the paperwork as a new patient here. Office staff was very friendly. Dr. Patel put me at ease immediately and she was very gentle doing my exam.

They are so bad, the front desk people are so bad they don’t want to do any work . After I visited the office by one month I kept waiting them for calling and rescheduling for the next visit which was required because of my situation, they told me : they can’t find me in the system , by they same time I received my insurance letter for the deductions. Weird place . Advice even if they gave good Doctor visit them in different places if you know any of their Dr . Advice them to move.

I recently changed to this office and could not be more happy. The ladies at reception are wonderful, Wendy the Ultasound was great! The real reason I love coming here is Dr. Maya Reuven, she is literally an unicorn of doctors, very caring, takes all the time needed with her patients, understands their concerns and walks them through everything. Dr. Reuven is amazing!
