Great and Helpful Staff and Great NP, Doctor
The refill team seems to be always away and too busy to take calls from the patients and their families. The front desk sees patients as Dollar signs, extremely nice for incoming patients but lack empathy for them.
This office has the BEST front desk staff. The woman at the front of the office is so kind and Raquel is one of the most helpful team members. Dr Makani is someone I have been seeing for over a year now. I can not express how much I love going to my appointments with her. She is a doctor who cares about her patients getting BETTER and not just “take these pills”. This is the best practice I’ve ever been to. The office staff, PA’s and Dr. Musunuru have made going to the doctor a breeze. I’m always brought in right on time and the doctor takes her time when I’m going through symptoms. Cannot recommend a PCP more, they genuinely care!
