The nurses were dismissive and curt. I had a traumatic incident and RWJ did not rush me to x ray or CT. In fact, I was left on a gurney beside the nurses station for over half an hour while I gasped for breath and begged for someone to help me. When I was finally approached it was with pain meds, which I was thankful for but they didn’t give me ice until hours later. I had the worst experience ever they work sloppy and very poor patient care
Nurse in triage was rude. For got her name but it starts with a Z. She asked my symptoms. I tell her and what I believe the problem is. She said says " No it can't be that". Come to find out I was right. Only you know your body!!

They had me waiting for long hours I been here since 3:30pm and it’s 6:40 … nurses are not friendly at all… if they don’t like work with people they need to change professional… I just to love this hospital 2 year’s ago but now it’s like when u coming here it’s feel like u bother the people is working there… not coming anymore here my last time
