"Absolutely terrible experience. I waited for over 2 hours without a single update or being seen by a doctor. The lack of communication and organization is dangerous. I eventually gave up and went home because it felt like I was never going to be attended to. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you actually need medical help."
They treated my father in law very well. All the people there do actually care about you. Very nice.
This was the worst ER and experience I’ve ever had. I took my elderly mother after she fell and injured her head. The triage nurse was unfriendly, curt and bothered by our presence. The Nurse Practitioner was inattentive, uncaring, dismissive and very annoyed whenever I asked for explanations. After having been there for 6 hours the physician in attending never came. good service
went in for my ear because it was so backed up that I can’t hear and felt dizzy. When I get in there was a nurse who said to the doctor “oh did you see me can’t hear yet?” I was then met by the doctor who barely looked at my ear and came to the conclusion that I had a ruptured ear drum without any plan or solution.
