Great gym with a friendly atmosphere! The equipment is always clean and rarely a wait for machines. The staff is welcoming, specially Jessica for taking the time to guide me through the process and going above and beyond.
I am writing to share my recent experience at your facility, which unfortunately resulted in my decision to take my business elsewhere. I visited earlier today to take a tour with the intention of joining the gym. However, the customer service I received from the front desk was very disappointing. The staff acted as though my presence was a bother, and their attitude made it clear that new members are not a priority. I’ve been going to this gym for so long and this gym it’s amazing with excellent staff. Their personal training session are very effective and have very good trained staff.
