Front office staff took over 30 minutes to check me in because I did not have a physical insurance card..she would not call my insurance nor check online for active insurance. Finally after 40 minutes of having me try to email the insurance because apparently the office internet was not working...she waited until it works meanwhile time is flying by, then she said sorry you missed your appointment time, I was appalled for im standing at the desk for 40 minutes then 2 tell me I must come back. Disappointing Experience with Office Staff Dr. Mantell is an exceptional professional, but unfortunately, the office staff falls short. I've experienced consistent disorganization and lack of communication. From incorrect handling of my first appointment to unreturned voicemails and uninformed staff, it's been a frustrating experience. What's more concerning is that sensitive matters are being handled with apparent indifference.
