Russ the owner was amazing. Had such a great experience with this mechanic/shop/Russ. Even though I walked in without much notice and he already had a full schedule with appointments, he still took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel rushed. What really stood out was that he personally drove my car just to ease my worries and make sure everything was okay. That level of honesty, patience, and customer care is hard to find these days.
