Don’t do your inspection/RWC/COI here. The staff are not trustworthy. I tried to get a COI for my one-year-old car, and the person at the counter told me it would fail unless I replaced all four tyres. My tyres actually met all the requirements, but he said they “wouldn’t pass after a few more months of driving.” After replacing the tyres, I discovered that a COI should be issued based on the condition of the tyres at the time of inspection, not on what might happen months later. Never come back again!
I made a booking discussing with them what i needed done etc, i arrive and the kid behind the counter tells me my car probably wont pass inspection even though a bunch of work had just been done for that very reason and wasn’t any reason not to pass, he didn’t even move from his chair. Wish i could give negative review. The guys are dodgy as hell.
